Welcome to Chromia AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our professional AI dashboard automation, bespoke solutions, and predictive modeling services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Professional Services

Chromia AI provides specialized artificial intelligence services including dashboard automation and bespoke analytics. The scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all underlying algorithms, proprietary code, and methodologies used by Chromia AI to deliver its services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Chromia AI. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered dashboards and data visualizations for their internal business operations.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We treat your data with the highest level of confidentiality. Our processing of personal and business data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the legal right to provide any data you share with us for analysis.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our predictive AI models are built on robust historical data, past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Chromia AI shall not be liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated forecasts or dashboard insights.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice, subject to the payment of fees for work completed up to the date of termination.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
